You will learn a series of insightful topics that you can apply in your everyday life, followed by kinesthetic exercises to give you hands-on tangible experiences so that you will discover your thoughts, emotions, and sensations in a variety of circumstances so that you will be more of yourself no matter who you are around. And then I will offer a group healing. The class will be layered like this throughout our 3 days together. You will have a stronger sense of Self, know when your energy ends and someone else begins, and you will develop more trust and clarity and empowerment.
