💡 When Expansion Becomes Overextension
Lately, I’ve been working on some huge time-sensitive projects (writing books + filming movies + launching programs + managing all the things at once 😅). And to meet those demands, I found myself intentionally expanding my energetic field—stretching it outward so I could hold more… do more… handle more.
And at first, it helped.
But after a while, I noticed something strange.
I started to feel super stretched—like my aura had expanded so wide that the outer edge of my space got too thin. My boundaries began to blur. I felt fatigued, energetically exposed, and… kind of off.
That’s when I realized:
Too much of a good thing may no longer a good thing.
Even lightworkers can overextend. Even healers need boundaries.
Even I need to come back to center.
🌿 What Is “Your Space”?
If you’re new to this concept, “your space” refers to the energetic field that surrounds and emanates from your body—your aura. It’s your personal energetic container, and it has both a size and a quality to it.
Your space size can change depending on:
What you’re doing.
Who you’re around.
How well you're maintaining your energy hygiene.
Whether you're grounded, stressed, or emotionally charged.
Your boundaries are the outer edge of that space—the “skin” of your aura. They help you discern what's you and what’s not you. They filter energy, emotions, and outside influences.

🔧 How I Reset My Space
When I realized I had over-expanded, here’s what I did:
Released excess energy I didn’t need to carry anymore.
Shrunk my space back down to a healthier size.
Strengthened my boundaries—made them thicker, clearer, and more protective.
Brought myself back to center—energetically and emotionally.
And I immediately felt more grounded, less affected by outside noise, and more me.

When your energetic space is clean, clear, and appropriately sized, with strong and loving boundaries, everything in life gets easier.
You’ll notice:
Other people’s moods don’t stick to you.
You feel less drained in crowds or around intense energy.
You have more clarity and emotional resilience.
You can choose how to respond, instead of reacting automatically.

Sometimes we collapse our space in self-protection.
Sometimes we stretch it too wide trying to carry it all.
But there is a balanced middle.

And you are worthy of being supported, protected, and centered within it.
